I would like to thank Michelle,Scott & the whole staff at Estes Heating & Air. We were in a situation today and needed an A/C for a family and we needed like yesterday... So the staff got together and made it happen. I have worked with Estes on professional level for several years now and let me say this today they all shined as always. I just want to say if you're ever in need of an A/C please call them you will be treated like you're their only customer. Again, thanks to the whole staff at Estes Heating & Air. The technicians were professional, prompt & very nice.

The technician name was Jimmy a very pleasant gentleman he was full of information to make my unit work more efficient and great suggestions to make my home clear and healthy. Each technician for Estes Heating and Air are nice and pleasant all the way to the young lady that schedules the service call. I Will always remain a loyal customer! Thank you!

Timbo and Jason were very nice and informative. They installed the vents perfectly to allow me to move around in the attic. Left area clean and were very knowledgeable. I will update post after everything is complete. They still have to put in unit, the builders had the cabinet in wrong area, once we get that moved they will come out and finish up but so far amazing job.

Experts in Heating & Air and Customer Service. In my experience, there is no way to separate the them when using Estes. Their expertise starts with friendly voices who answer the phone and follow up with you, to the tech who arrives to repair your AC unit. The technical expertise always resolves the problem and improves performance of my unit. I even received a recommendation to by a different (less expensive) filter to improve performance. This is the Heating & Air company I recommend to everyone.

Our family loves Rick Estes. He is genuinely the nicest person we know. One call to his company and literally 20 minutes or less Doug showed up. Doug was extremely professional and friendly! Had our AC going in no time. You have a great employee Estes Heating and Cooling!! Thanks Doug!!

We bought a new air conditioner from this Company and we had some problems later and reported to them and after inspection they found it defected called us and said they are replacing it totally free. We have always had great service from them and we Highly recommend their services

Jimmy was the best technician I have ever had,,,and he was very knowledgeable about his work and he explained everything that he was going to be doing to my unit!!!! I would never want anyone else to work on my equipment!!! He was very clean and very nice!!!!

Wednesday July 11, 2018. Technician Jimmy trouble shot a heat pump problem with complete accuracy, after a previous company said that the unit got struck by lightening and need to be replace. My parents is on a fix income. Thank God that we got a second opinion. Technician Jimmy is a honest and very respectful tech. I recommend using this company for integrity and honesty. MUCH RESPECT!!! Retired military.

I have changed my review from one star to four because when Rick became aware of my situation, he moved heaven and earth to get someone to my house and correct the situation. He had a tech come out at 9 pm to install my pump and rectify the situation. The young man was friendly, apologetic and very competent. Much more like the service I have come to expect from Estes over the years. We have used Estes for 20 + years and have always received prompt efficient service. Slipping through the cracks one time in 20 years is not a bad track record, especially when it was rectified so quickly. I appreciate the quick response from Rick and the friendly (if exhausted )young man who came out so late. Estes will continue be my first choice.

Honest friendly and very professional. Came on a Saturday and fixed my ac in less than 30 minutes. The very nice lady who answered the phone gave me tips to get me through the night. She was apologetic that they could not schedule the repair till Saturday morning. So great to find AC service from someone you can trust.

I use Estes Heating and Air ! They installed our new unit at our house! It’s was fast and easy they explained everything including their maintenance program they offer! Doug Cordelle is very professional and makes the process simple and very informative! My place of employment also uses Estes!
