Was great . Keith was great showed up and got my AC working
Wonderful customer service. They arrive when they say they will and they are honest. They installed a whole new ac/heater unit a few years ago and they are always available if and when we need them for anything...which is not often because they do such a good job on installation.
Every time I have called they have always made it out on time. Jared is my man to go to every time I call he's always here and prompt. And also willing to go beyond the extra mile which means a lot nowadays with customer service
Jason hunter one of the service tech came out and fixed our ac unit is also 10yrs old . My god🤗 Im glad they sent him he also informed us of there service club I had hurried up and signed up I thank him and the Estes company so munch 🙏🤗🤗 the other company I had got to come out wired everything wrong and tried to make us buy a whole new unit 😤🤬 I really thank Mr Jason for being honest and helping get our ac unit up and running I give him more ten star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
